Today Mrs Drenched is taking her band to Band Day at Kansas State University. This means I should be a good husband help chaperone her kids at a college football game. Because of this Saturday Round Up has been cancelled this week. In the mean time you should go over to I70 Baseball and see why I called the Minnesota Twins wounded critters.

I’m kind of a weather geek in addition to being a sports geek. The last time I was at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in September a severe thunderstorm descended upon the stadium. The pictures taken that day were awesome. One of these pictures even made it into Sports Illustrated in their photo section at the beginning of the magazine. This picture came from my phone:

College Football and Severe Weather make me smile. Having them together on the same day was too awesome. And I’m still smiling about this day a year later. I think the Wilcats even won the football game.
