The Lions Are Certainly In a Valley

There is a plethora of topics I could write about. The Royals made big trade with the Giants. Todd Haley didn’t prepare his team for a football game, again. Missouri is officially leaving the Big 12 for the SEC. The Game of the Century wasn’t, and Kansas State and Oklahoma State played one.

However, The child abuse revelations that surfaced on Saturday at Penn State University have put me in a foul mood when it comes to the sports world. I don’t feel like writing about anything mentioned above. You can read all about it here if you haven’t been following the situation.

As I’m typing this the Penn State Board of Trustee’s Head Coach Joe Paterno. Surprisingly, there are some strange people are upset by this. The Board of Trustee’s did the right thing. The University needs to purge it’s halls of anyone involved in this scandal. Apologize the to victims and their families, and begin moving forward. Looks like most of that has, or is currently happening. Other than that, there are no other words for this situation. This is the last you’ll hear from me about it.
